What carrier do you use to ship orders?

We use primarily USPS and UPS.

How are items packaged?

Stickers are packed in glassine envelopes and mailed in either in 5"x7" envelopes or 6"x9" rigid mailers depending on your shipping method.
Keychains are packed in a bubble wrap and mailed in a 6"x9" poly mailer.
Prints are packed in a clear poly bag and mailed in a 7"x9" rigid mailer.
Pillows are packed in protective bag and mailed inside a 14"x17" poly mailer.
If your order contains multiple item types, it will likely be packaged in a large shipping box or mailer!

When will my order arrive?

Please click here to get more info on when your order will arrive! If it's already been shipped, please check your order history or email for the tracking info. 

Where's my tracking number?

Your tracking information is automatically sent to you via the contact form you provided at checkout. You can also click here to see it in your account info!

I put the wrong address! Can I change it?

Yes! Please email us as soon as possible at help@bearibop.com. 

Do you do custom designs?

We're not currently accepting commissions.

Do you give bulk discounts?

We don't but you can sign up for our newsletter to be alerted to any sales!

Can I cancel an order?

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email, you're welcome to cancel your order. Please email us at help@bearibop.com.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of our items, all sales are final.

I was charged a customs/duties fee!

If you're shipping to an address outside of the US, there is always a possibility that you will be charged a customs fee and that fee is the responsibility of the customer.

I have an issue with my order.
